Qualification:
BS degree major in organic chemistry or related field lab experience of organic chemistry;
Love organic synthesis and interested in drug R&D;
Experienced or knowledgeable in spectroscopic (NMR, MS, IR, UV) and chromatographic (flash, TLC, PLC, HPLC) techniques as well as literature search and software application;
Honest, serious, responsible, self-motivated, teamwork spirit and innovative with high accountability; good team player.

Responsibilities:
Synthesize, purify and characterize small molecules from milligram to kilogram scales.
Document and report experiment results following the SOP requirements.
Maintain chemistry lab safety.
